Thank you for supporting our crochet business. Every item is handmade with care, which means processing and shipping times may vary slightly. Please read our full policy before or after placing an order.

Shipping Policy

 

Processing Times

All crochet items are handmade to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow 5–21 business days for order creation and processing before shipment. Larger, custom, or high-demand orders may require additional time. Customers will receive a confirmation email or message once their order has shipped, including tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after processing is complete:

Domestic orders: 3–8 business days

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, postal delays, or carrier issues beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment. We are not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect address information entered by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking information. If additional assistance is needed, contact us at out E-mail and we will do our best to help.

Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, VAT, or import charges required by their country.

Returns Policy


Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our crochet products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selection.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or stitching.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Custom or personalized orders.

Because every handmade piece is unique, slight differences may occur and are considered part of the handmade charm. Now we can keep in contact with pictures on Instagram @stannstitch for updates.

Exchanges Policy


Exchanges may be approved only if:
  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The product has a major defect that I didn't notice.
Requests for exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with:
  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • A description of the issue.
If approved, the customer may be asked to return the original item before a replacement is sent. Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the mistake was made by our shop.

Damaged Orders


If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • Packaging materials
  • Shipping label

We will review the issue and work toward a replacement, exchange, or store credit when appropriate.

Cancellations


Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, cancellations may no longer be possible because materials and labor have already been committed to the order. Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.

Every crochet item is handmade, which means:

  • Slight variations in sizing may occur
  • Colors may appear differently on screens
  • Stitch placement and yarn texture may vary slightly

These details make each piece unique and one of a kind.
